What Is Vehicle Wrapping?

Vehicle wrapping is the process of covering the exterior surfaces of commercial vehicles with custom-cut and digitally printed films. By applying the brand logo, contact information, and visual composition to the vehicle's exterior, a single vehicle carries the brand to thousands of people a day. Service vehicles, distribution fleets, panel vans, buses, and even passenger cars can be used as advertising vehicles. Technical Details

In vehicle wrapping, 80-micron cast film (Avery Dennison, ORAFOL, 3M) is preferred as the material. The most important advantage of cast film is its flexibility; it adheres to curved surfaces and panel recesses by stretching, without forming bubbles or tension. A full wrap is the type of application in which the entire vehicle is covered; a logo + stripe wrap, on the other hand, is a more economical and faster alternative. Application temperature is critically important; the film's adhesive shows optimum activation above 18°C. For this reason, we use an enclosed and heated application room in our workshop. After application, a final activation is applied to the film with a heat gun, thereby guaranteeing a long lifespan.

The areas where vehicle wrapping is heavily applied are commercial vehicles that go on service and customer visits (air-conditioning service, boiler service, maintenance-service companies), distribution panel vans (cargo, logistics), restaurant and catering vehicles, display and test-drive vehicles of car dealerships, taxi fleets, public buses and school services, and vehicles temporarily wrapped for events and exhibitions. In fleet campaigns, brand consistency is ensured by maintaining the same composition on every vehicle.
