Iskenderun Vinyl & Banner Printing
440–610 g/m² vinyl and banner printing solutions for your outdoor advertising needs.
What Is Vinyl & Banner Printing?
Vinyl and banner printing is the cornerstone of outdoor advertising production. These are the most frequently preferred printing surfaces for billboard backings, awning printing, outdoor campaigns, exhibition stands, event decorations, temporary signage needs, roller-shutter advertising, and construction-site screen covering. Choosing the correct weight, protection class, and tensioning system for vinyl and banner determines how long the print stays attractive. At the Techno Reklam workshop, we print across a wide range, from standard 440 g/m² vinyl to heavy 720 g/m² banner surfaces.
Technical Details
Vinyl surfaces are generally produced at 440 g/m², 510 g/m², and 610 g/m²; as the weight increases, weave density and durability increase. Block-out vinyl has a two-layer woven structure that blocks light from passing through the back — this prevents shadows from forming in double-sided printing. Mesh vinyl, with its perforated structure, lets the wind pass through; thanks to this, no wind load builds up on scaffold screens and large facade advertisements. Frontlit banner is produced specifically for billboard backings lit from the front, while backlit banner is produced specifically for the interior of light boxes lit from behind. In our workshop, we leave a margin of at least 5 cm at the edges on all our banner prints and, upon request, fit plastic eyelets (grommets).
Areas of Use
The most common application areas are billboard top-surface covering, outdoor campaign posters, opening and event exterior-facade prints, awning printing (cafés, restaurants, car dealerships), scaffold-screen advertising, construction-site covering banner, roller-shutter advertising prints, exhibition stand back-panel printing, and temporary signage printing for organized-industrial-zone facades. There is a wide range of use, from one-off campaigns to long-lasting awning production.
Vinyl & Banner Printing in Iskenderun and Hatay
The strong wind conditions arising from Iskenderun's gulf location make choosing the correct mounting system essential in banner applications. For wide-facade billboard and awning applications, we recommend mesh banner, increase the number of eyelets, and prefer stainless-steel tensioning ropes. For roller-shutter advertising prints, we recommend 510 g/m² block-out vinyl and use options with a soft pull to prevent cracking while rolling inward.
Why Techno Reklam?
The lifespan of a banner print depends on the correct combination of the material + ink + lamination trio. In our workshop, we use solvent ink on all our banner prints and offer an optional UV laminate option. We carry out eyelet fitting, rope threading, and edge stitching in our own workshop; this way, all accessories are prepared to professional quality. We offer 24-hour delivery for urgent jobs.
