What Is Contract Channel Letter Production?

Contract channel letter production is a wholesale manufacturing service provided to other signage companies and advertising agencies rather than directly to the end customer. Most small and medium-sized signage companies do not have a CNC router, fiber laser, or large printing machine in-house; these companies complete their projects by sourcing them from contract workshops. Over the last 10 years, the Techno Reklam workshop has become the contract production partner of more than 50 signage companies in Hatay and the surrounding provinces. Fast delivery, fixed pricing, and technical consistency are the three critical headings for contract work.

Technical Details

In contract channel letter production, our standard format is a 0.8–1.5 mm stainless or galvanized sheet rear body + a 3–5 mm acrylic front face + an SMD LED module and transformer inside. Depending on customer needs, as an alternative we also produce a composite-panel rear body. The uniform standard border height according to letter height is as follows: a 6 cm border for letters up to 20 cm, an 8 cm border between 20–40 cm, and a 10 cm border above 40 cm. The LED layout density is determined by the letter body area; the standard density is approximately 40 modules per 1 m². On all our contract channel letter orders, an LED test is performed and a separate stress test per module is recorded in the workshop logs.

When requested, we withdraw our brand entirely and deliver as "white label."
