Iskenderun Composite Facade Cladding
Renew your building facade: professional facade cladding and brand identity with 4 mm aluminum composite panels.
What Is Composite Facade Cladding?
Facade cladding directly affects not only a building's exterior appearance, but also its thermal insulation, brand perception, and neighborhood aesthetics. To make room for a sign, conceal old facade problems, create corporate identity consistency, or improve energy performance, composite panel cladding is the most frequently preferred solution. At Techno Reklam, in Iskenderun we apply composite cladding to facades of different scales, from bank branches to chain stores, from hotels to industrial estate buildings. Our standard production panel is a 4 mm Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP), with a 0.4 mm top aluminum layer and an LDPE/FR core structure.
Technical Details
Composite facade cladding consists of three layers: the substructure (frame), insulation, and panel. L-profiles or box profiles are used in the frame; a 60x60 cm module spacing is preferred depending on the facade size. The panels are cassetted onto the frame; a concealed-screw cassette system is far more aesthetic than a visible-screw system. The joint gap is 12–15 mm, and to this area we apply not just neutral silicone, but a combination of an EPDM gasket + neutral silicone; otherwise thermal expansion causes the panels to ripple. In public and high-rise buildings requiring fire safety, FR (Fire Retardant) core panels are mandatory; we recommend FR panels for all hospital, mall, and school facades.
Areas of Use
Bank and chain-store facades, hotel and restaurant entrance sections, plaza exterior facade renewal, hospital and school facade cladding, and corporate-identity adaptation for industrial estate buildings are the applications we encounter most often. It is possible to clad over old brick, mosaic, or painted facades without removing them entirely; this method is both economical and does not require the business to close during the work.
Composite Facade Cladding in Iskenderun and Hatay
In coastal climates with salt vapor like Iskenderun, standard polyester-painted panels take on a matte appearance within a short time. For this reason, in projects along the coastline and at the bay entrance we recommend PVDF-painted panels; this type of paint provides a color warranty of up to 20 years. Also, due to the region's seismic map, we use elastic dilatation pads at the frame-to-wall connection. Thanks to this approach in the composite facade projects we have carried out on Sözen Çay Caddesi, Tayfur Sökmen Bulvarı, and the port area, our references over 10 years old still retain their first-day appearance today.
Why Techno Reklam?
Composite facade work looks neat, but without correct installation, panel rippling, joint opening, and color differences appear within 2 years. In our workshop all panels are cut on our CNC machines; the risk of measurement error is near zero. We carry out the on-site application with our own insured scaffolding team, and we deliver all invoices and warranty documents for the substructure materials. We tidy the work area every day and disrupt your business's daily operations as little as possible.

A 200 m² facade is delivered in an average of 7–10 business days. Weather conditions can change the timeline.
FR (Fire Retardant) core panels are fire-resistant and mandatory in public buildings; standard panels use an LDPE core.
When the jointing is applied correctly, water runs behind the panels and does not leak inside. The EPDM gasket is the foundation of this.
