What Is Signage Production?

Signage production is not merely cutting a panel and sticking lettering on it; it is an engineering process that requires the right choice of materials, precise manufacturing and application know-how. At Techno Reklam, we manage the entire process from a single source in our own workshop in Iskenderun, from taking measurements to the delivery stage. We propose a composite panel, stainless steel, acrylic, wood or aluminium body according to your business's identity, sector and the surface on which it will be installed; and when needed, we prepare together the structural and lighting solutions that control the same design's visibility both day and night.

Technical Details

At the heart of the production process are our CNC router, fibre laser and digital printing machines. We use 3 mm and 4 mm aluminium composite panel (equivalent to Dibond, Alucobond); we keep the spacing between profiles under 60 cm according to the façade load. In channel letter production we prefer a stainless steel or galvanised back surface with an acrylic front face, placing SMD LED modules inside in a way that ensures even light distribution. For totem and large façade works that are structurally critical, we recommend a clamped frame system instead of wall plugs, and carry out the installation with a combination of stainless steel bolts and anchoring mastic. UV lamination is mandatory on all printed surfaces, so that no colour fading occurs during Hatay's sunny months.

Iskenderun's location close to the sea, with its high-humidity, salt-vapour-laden air, directly affects the lifespan of a sign. For our businesses along the coastal strip around Atatürk Boulevard, Numune Evler and Çay Neighbourhood, we recommend a 304-grade stainless steel skeleton instead of a galvanised-painted frame. In the inland parts of Hatay, towards Erzin, Dörtyol and Belen, wind load is more decisive; in large façade works in these areas we increase the profile thickness and the number of wall connections.
